  5. Deploying: Putting the actual system into use and providing training.

  6. Evaluating and Supporting: Reviewing all project metrics, finalizing, and providing ongoing support.

  7. Closing: Ensuring all outstanding issues are resolved and closed; conducting a project close-out meeting.
