4.7_Project_Management2Without project management expertise overseeing a project, even the best plan can quickly get out of scope. It takes a combination of people, process, systems, and most, importantly, accountability to ensure project success.

This is what ICP brings to the table — over 25 years of project management experience. Depending on the size and complexity of your projects, we will assign a Project Manager to coordinate all required activities and services within the defined scope of work. We leverage a methodology based on standards from the Project Management Institute. This methodology can be tailored to meet your specific requirements and consists of the following stages:

  1. Defining: Evaluating the existing systems and processes, identifying deficiencies, and gathering requirements.
  2. Tnitiating: Analyzing requirements and systems; establishing baselines.
  3. Planning: Designing approach, including procedures, business rules, and systems.
  4. Executing: Developing, implementing, and testing.
  5. Deploying: Putting the actual system into use and providing training.
  6. Evaluating and Supporting: Reviewing all project metrics, finalizing, and providing ongoing support.
  7. Closing: Ensuring all outstanding issues are resolved and closed; conducting a project close-out meeting.
